This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

While the hotel itself was pleasant and the food was good, I am deeply disappointed by a serious lack of integrity among the staff. My son lost his gold chain in the pool, and we were informed it had been found and would be mailed back to us. After paying $150 for shipping, we opened the package to find a cheap, non-gold imitation chain instead. I would have preferred direct honesty over being sent a fake item and charged a steep fee for it. Transparency matters, and because of this experience, we will not be returning.
