La qualité du service et la propreté des lieux. Beaucoup de choix au déjeuner, bon roulement

The room had green lights that you could not turn off which made it almost impossible to sleep they were so bright. We also were woke up around 8am by knocking on the door, and again 10 mins later - nobody could tell us why or who was doing it. We had breakfast which was across the road and felt hurried by staff. On return to the room the key card didn’t work, we went to reception for a new key, again this didn’t work, had to go back again and the staff didn’t seem remotely bothered. The hotel itself is ok but if you want a nights sleep..not ideal

Great hotel especially for first-time visitors to London! You're right smack in the middle of a number of tourist spots -- Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery, West End, and so much more! This seemed to be a fairly brand new hotel and we truly enjoyed the cleanliness, the decor and vibe of the place as well as the staff being so friendly and helpful :-) Would not mind staying here again!

Older small room with comfortable twin beds. Very clean but place is dated in the room. Bathroom was very clean but compact. Appreciated the table and two chairs in the room. The free continental breakfast was excellent but the best feature is how close it is to Paddington station. Really only one block away and you get to see peaceful Norfolk Park with big trees and a Paddington statue at the front door. Also walked to Hyde Park in a few minutes and walked to Harrods in 25mins. Reasonable souvenir stores, restaurants, coffee shops and lovely walk on the canal to Little Venice. If you book Heathrow Express one month early it is only 10 pounds per person and getting to this hotel takes only 15 mins on the Heathrow Express. Great way to get over jet lag the first day.
