No card access, or entry when parking in back of building. Although the clerks at checkout were pleasant, the one who checked us in was robotic and unfriendly (perhaps having a bad day, still not acceptable) Shower doesn't have spray pattern adjustments/settings and has weak pressure. There isn't ice on each floor. Other than that, it was an average hotel overall experience.

The room was clean and comfortable but there was a window ac unit and no shade on the window. Closing the curtains for privacy meant blocking the ac. The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Beautiful property with a great staff right next to the Phillips Exeter Academy. Perfect stay in Exeter.

It's very nice experience to stay there

Rooms, i.e. carpet, walls, furniture: clean. Quality of rooms: extremely dated, old, visibly underwent multiple repairs, paint, polish. REALLY BAD PART: 1. SAYS "CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED". ALL THEY GIVE ARE FEW OPTIONS LIKE NATURE VALLEY BARS, SOME MINI MUFFIN PACKETS, DOUGHNUTS 3 CHEAP TYPES PACKAGED INDIVIDUALLY. ON WEEKENDS THEY GIVE 1 UPGRADE: A KELLOGGS PROTEIN BAR. NO FRUITS. NOTHING ABSOLUTELY WHICH IS NOT SWEET. IF YOU HAVE DIABETES - YOU CAN'T HAVE ANYTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. COFFEE AND TEA - A BIT DILUTED. 2. SUSPENDED CEILING - OLD AND VISIBLY TAINTED WITH GRIME, DUST, AGE. 3. STAINED BLOOD SPOTS FOUNDS ON SHEETS JUST UNDER HEADBOARD! 4. MY PERSONAL BIGGEST PEEVE POINT: BATHROOM HAS ZERO HOOKS, BARS, ETC. ITS ABSURD SINCE YOU CAN'T HANG ANY CLOTHES, ETC.

Ive stayed at a lot of properties in Vermont and this one was by far the worst one. Its definitely more of a motel vibe. The room I stayed in with my 2 kids was small. Pretty much 2 queen beds, a TV and a fridge. If there wasnt benches by each bed, we wouldn't have anywhere to put our stuff. The bathroom had a barn door that never closed all the way, so there was like a 2 inch gap. You could hear everything. Mind as well had the toilet in the middle of the bedroom. Our upstairs neighbors never slept. We could hear their TV on and it sounded like a herd of elephants up there. Literally started stomping at 6am everyday we were there. What bothered me the most was the fact that it rained a lot 2 nights we were there and no attempt was made to clean any dirt up. We took our shoes off at the door, but stuff tracks in. We got housekeeping 1 time and in that time they brought towels but didnt even take the dirty ones. Beds were not made, dirt was not swept up. Idk if I had known i would have brought my own broom. It was a very discount feeling vacation. Not even remotely cute or boutique as they make it seem online. I wouldn't recommend or stay again.
