Lovely property with helpful staff. Sundays are busy with the Sunday supper - lots of families - but otherwise a quiet, restful stay!

We stayed one night before a cruise. Room was clean. A/C didnt work great. Hotel restaurant is pricey. Staggering recommended a local pub which was great. Breakfast was pretty good.

Great hotel ideally situated for anyone attending events at St Mary's stadium which is a short walk away. Around 15 mins walk from Southampton Central train station and Southampton High Street/West Quay. Breakfast was good and plentiful only negative I would say is that there isn't a lot of room to walk by people when getting breakfast items as space is tight. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would recommend. For anyone driving the car park opposite for Solent University is great value if parking on the weekend.
