Hotel Chrome Montreal
I was unaware of the laundry service. I know that you have to pay for the soap, which is the only thing I saw at the same time. I don’t think that some of the receptionist I think they were very kind, but some of them were a bit confused as to what they were doing.

Le Nouvel Hotel
On Monday morning, the hotel had contract works on the front steps, and the worker started jack hammering at 7 am. We complained as did other guests at the front desk. Very annoying.
