There was an extra fee for the parking which I thought was ridiculous. The gentleman at the desk had trouble with his french. It was hard to communicate.

Despite being a new hotel the lifts dont work so you have to walk with your luggage and everytime you go out of the hotel. The check out invoice was different and my card had 3-4 transactions charging me atleast 250$ extra for which I had to call them repeatedly and send them screenshots. Lastly, they assigned are rooms to somebody else while we were checked in and a group of boys barged into our room while it was 2 girls inside and the explanation for that was sorry we opened 3 days back and we have a system issue. Terrible and even now i am running after them to refund the extra money they charged.
