The breakfast was not included and the snack options downstairs were limited and ice machine was not on my floor.only onnfloors 1,3,5 and 7.also the breakfast time was limited to 9:30 and the staff were not attentive on filling coffee pod.i had to go in person to the kitchen and askbthem fonfill the coffee pod.

It was very nice. Felt very safe. Staff was excellent and very friendly. The only thing was that they are pet friendly but you can only have one pet per/room and we weren’t informed of that. Fortunately they made an exception for us, we have two small, quiet dogs. Also, they charge $100 for their pet fee. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and stayed in, at least, a dozen differs hotels and the most we paid is $25.

The hotel was nice, but the best part of our stay was the staff. The power went out and instead of making us deal with warming rooms and no electricity, the manager told us to move to an adjoining hotel at no expense to us. He personally stood in the hotel lobby to apologize for the inconvenience and to send us to a competitor so we would not be inconvenienced. A commitment to your guests like that deserves recognition. It meant a great deal and we will be staying in Hyatt’s in the future because of the actions of the hotel manager.

The property is very clean and organized! Highly recommend this place but the only issue is the credit card requirement to check in. Not everyone has a credit card, I asked and there were no other options to check in, not with debit or cash. This was my first concern. My second concern is with the door in the room I locked the black door when I went out but found it open when I got back. I tried opening that door to see what’s on the other side but it did not open. Weird !! Overall, the area is very clean!
