Great Location & Basecamp, Though a Bit Noisy Pros: Location: Situated in a peaceful, charming town with fantastic local restaurants and scenic walking/running trails within short walking distance. Excellent basecamp for day trips to Napa, Angel Island, and nearby areas. Convenience & Amenities: Easy parking with ground-floor access that made rolling luggage in simple and gave direct access to the pool. The room had a good mini-fridge, and while there wasn't a microwave in the room, there was one available in the lobby. Service & Food: Check-in was seamless, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming—one team member even walked me over when I couldn't find the ice machine. Room service/delivery was fast and delicious. Comfort: The bed and pillows were comfortable for a good night's rest. Cons: Noise Levels: The main downside was sound insulation. You can easily hear noise from the pool area, neighboring rooms, pet guests, and the AC unit, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Verdict: Despite the noise hurdles, the comfort, location, and welcoming service make this a place I’d happily stay at again.

He had a wonderful time for our one night stay at the Argonaut. The staff was amazing and attentive.The adjoining restaurant was nice and we had a great breakfast with a fifteen percent discount.The room was perfectly clean.There were no issues.We had plenty of clean towels and extra pillows.The locations fabulous, and there's not a closer location that I would recommend by the wharf, lots to do and plenty to see.And all accessible from a quick, easy walk. I will always recommend the Argonaut.

I have not experienced this level of service in San Francisco anywhere else. The staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From ensuring we had rides, reservations and the necessary infrastructure to conduct work from the hotel to the little touches of dropping of fresh flowers and providing yummy treats throughout our stay -- everything was so carefully crafted and thought through. And the views, interiors and food were delicious. To bring this home, when i was checking out, I asked if they had a gift shop and sold sweaters because I needed something warm to weat on the plane. When they didn't have anything, the hotel manager offered me a shawl of her own??! It was the most generous act and completely unexpected. I will be returning the garment on my next stay in San Francisco when I inevitably stay at the Huntington Hotel again. No better place!

Was telling everyone how Clean it was. Very impressed. Arrived Thursday afternoon, leaving Monday for a cruise!! Then Friday morning we woke to Ants...... They came 30min later Sprayed, Thank Goodness we were leaving.... Never Check on us After this... No offer of a different room, guess should have been one of "those" people!! Booked thru Expedia. Didn't read email about check in until Sunday around 3:00pm. They asked Since I was VIP if they told me I had an $11 food credit... Ummm No. They asked if they offered an upgrade or anything...Ummmmm No!! 15min later hotel phone rang. Surprise front desk. She said Oh I see you are VIP with Expedia and can up an upgrade. Would I like move to one.... ummmmm Noooo we leave tomorrow.... Phone was silent she said nothing else till I said Something!!! They Only Called cause I left an Review So Be Sure to ask if you book not thru them if You have anything special. Very Sad!!
