"Unforgettable Stay in Gotemba"
My wife and myself were greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival. As we were too early for checking in (check in time @ 3pm), we were chauffered by the hotel car (booking required and operated from. 10am to 6pm) to the Gotemba Premium Outlet. Upon check-in in the evening, we were guided by the courteous staff who brought us to the room. The room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The beds were sufficiently comfortable for a good night sleep. The breakfast served at the restaurant (included in our stay) was very well presented and tasty. We had tried both Japanese and western breakfast. We were happy with the stay and would recommend even family with children to stay here.

"Hotel with hot spring near to agora station"
Very good. My only concern was the state of the private baths in the evening as they did not seem as clean as I would have liked. Otherwise, staff were excellent. I would recommend not going for half board as there are good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Dinner was good but expensive. At least check the difference between B&B and half board. This is a quiet hotel so if you want to party it is not for you. Having said that, it is a good place to relax and chill out. Good for couples although public baths are single sex.

"Nice quiet hotel. Close to the cable car station. "
The hotel was easy to find. Loved the decor, and the private onsen. Breakfast selection was good, and they had the most wonderful green tea bread.

"Amazing onsen experience"
Good getaway from the main cities. Comfortable living arrangements and an amazing onsen experience. This hotel has access to another onsen within a short walk (<3min). English friendly staff. Delicious buffet. Only complaint is that it's really far from the train/subway, looking at 14-18mins of uphill walking. I'd recommend finding a hotel shuttle

"Nostalgic hotel, clean and warm staff"
We enjoyed our experience at this hotel. Although its an old hotel, but it is very well maintained. Hotel gave us a nostalgic feel, brings us back in time. Staff are VERY warm and hospitable. Even though some may not speak English, but you can see the effort they put in helping you with your needs. Onsen was nice too. We will want to come back here again.

"Extremely good experience "
This is my 3rd Hakone hotel stay and think it is the best so far. The hotel provides free transport pick up within minutes of call, so location is not a problem. Very friendly staff to welcome us with VIP check in service at the lobby and served with a cup of hot tea, followed by detailed explanation of the hotel layout and sending us to the room, making sure the room and amenities are ok and explaining the onsen temperature setting, all done by a friendly English speaking staff. The hotel served traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast which is unique and delicious. Above all, onsen is awesome!

"Average budget hotel closed to JR Gotemba station"
Hotel condition and facility are average, breakfast at the buffet line was good, wide selection of food, restaurant staffs were friendly, and attentive. I fortunately could see the clear Mt. Fuji from room window.

"Good hotel for Hakone spa experience"
I visited here with a friend as a stopover for travel from Tokyo to Kyoto. Hakone was a lovely little town, the hotel an impressive building 10mins walk from the train station. The room was basic but very clean, the shrine and garden behind the hotel a very nice experience. The highlight was the rooftop hot baths, beautiful view and relaxing, worth the whole trip. It was men only with women on a separate floor, so if I revisited with my wife I'd think twice about choosing here, as for the me the rooftop baths were the best part and I couldn't share that with her. Also take note, tattoos not allowed in spa or hotel! Buffet dinner was expensive and average.

Hadano is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Hadano, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Hadano hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
