I would love to come back again. Everything was so perfect . We love it and wanted to stay for more days but you been fully booked. Will soon be back to have such amazing time again.

Excellent accommodations and great daily activities and entertainment. Food was amazing - delicious and a great variety! Our family very much enjoyed our vacation at this resort. The only critical comment is the transportation arrangement. The hotel is good about calling a taxi for you, but taxi drivers do not use a meter. The price is set by a "manager" at a hotel entrance. It seems 30 euro is the minimum even if your destination is 10 min away. And they also ask for tips of 5 euro. This wasn't reasonable.

The hotel was beautiful however the rooms are old and tired. Actually the rooms in my opinion are horrible. But the staff pool and beach are beautiful.

Just see is not so good. Maybe its about season, hotel and staff was amazing. Foods is also good.

A Wonderful Birthday Week and Amazing Vegan Experience – 10/10 I surprised my wife with a week at Selectum Noa Belek for her birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience. What really made our stay stand out was how much the staff went out of their way to make her birthday feel special. As vegans, we were really impressed with the food options throughout the resort. The main restaurant already has a great selection of vegan options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks throughout the day. But the team took it even further for my wife's birthday. Yusuf at Guest Relations worked with the chef at the Italian restaurant to create a special seven-course vegan dinner just for us. It was incredible! Each course was thoughtfully prepared, and the staff made the entire evening feel like a real celebration. They even arranged another special vegan dinner for us at the main restaurant during our stay. We also treated ourselves to a spa day and really enjoyed both the services and the relaxing atmosphere. More than anything, it was the kindness and care of the staff that we'll remember. They genuinely wanted us to have a great experience and made my wife's birthday something we'll both remember for a long time. If you're vegan and considering staying here, you can feel confident that you'll have plenty to eat and that the staff will take great care of you. We had a fantastic week. 10/10 for the food, service and wonderful staff!

This was our second stay at IC Hotels Green Palace, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and overall, everything was excellent. When I mentioned that it was my son’s birthday, the team told me they would arrange a cake and decorate our room, and they did exactly that. It was a lovely gesture and made his birthday feel extra special. The food was another highlight, with a huge variety every day. There were always plenty of options, even for picky eaters, which makes a big difference when traveling as a family. For families with young children, one thing to keep in mind is that this is a very large resort, so there can be quite a bit of walking between the rooms and the different amenities. One suggestion would be to have a prayer room somewhere centrally located within the hotel. Given the size of the property and the distance between some rooms and the main facilities, this would be very convenient, especially for guests who have already checked out but have a late flight and are spending several more hours at the hotel. We also noticed that the resort was quite crowded during our stay at the end of September, which we didn’t really expect for that time of year. Overall, this was another excellent stay. Coming back for a second time and having another positive experience says a lot. We really appreciated the hospitality, the food, and the service, and we would happily recommend IC Hotels Green Palace.
