The room was very clean, the employees were polite

The place was very affordable so that’s the bonus. Sketchy neighborhoods close by and a lot of sketchy guests.. however, it was very quiet. If you get a non Smoking room next to a smoking room then you’re definitely going to smell the smoke. Ac did work but definitely could use an update. TV’s worked but connection was poor and constantly cut in and out. It rained once when I was there and the WiFi stopped working completely. Call phone service was good. No free breakfast.

First, they require a $50 deposit when I got there for a reservation that was made online with Expedia. The room was clean but smelt very bad. The restroom was poorly maintained and smelled funny.

The people in the next room kept arguing in the room and outside my door. The kitchenette is a joke it just has a microwave like their basic room. No top stove. If you need a place just to lay your head for the night it will do.

Exceptional , Angela and the check in team were fantastic . Car service awesome. .. I really enjoyed my stay. . The key to all hotels is not that their are never problem. It’s the customer service of handling the issue. You exceeded my expectation. Dr. Nichols
