Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel 2 days before the stay. We didn’t know this brand at all, so didn’t have a reference for the price. Hotel didn’t return message on the app and it took 3 phone calls to finally reach a manager to get things cleared up. Even then it rang for 5 minutes and they acted like it was our fault and we were bothering them. Won’t look at this brand again.

I expected more for the price. Breakfast was today and waffles. Not much else. Nobody ever at fest had to ring phone for them to come. Very small bathroom.

Staff were very nice. Very disappointed that the Waterpark was closed the day we arrived and not open until 4 pm the next day. The fitness center was closed. We went for my son’s birthday and for a Packer game. Using the pool after 4 wasn’t an option for us. Would have stayed somewhere else if we would have known. Had breakfast at the restaurant there was okay but not great.

The casino was downstairs n the food is delicious so many options I will b back

We had a great stay with our small kids. Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was amazing , check in was very easy and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice.
