We stayed here it doesn't tell you you are in the same building as a busy restaurant which were cleaning kitchens down to very late and noisy. We had room for 2 with 1 cup and 1 towel no water glasses. Room and ensuite needed a good clean . Cheap but not great

Personally was quite disappointed after staying at sprowston manor only two weeks before. Staff weren’t particularly helpful or forthcoming with help. Room don’t have a mini fridge, water cups left everywhere as no bin near by. Pool was lovely however chlorine was so high myself & a few other guests had to leave hot tub as eyes were burning & making us cough.

A great stay here and good value - the room is very nice, spacious and I had an en suite too. Well positioned for Norwich city centre. Staff communicated well. Could do with a bit of a spruce up but in general can’t complain!

A good but tired hotel we have used more than once. The room was adequate but nothing special, although the bed was very comfortable. The staff are however excellent and work really hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food we've had at the hotel is surprisingly good. Breakfast is tasty and we had a light lunch in the bar which was very good. All in all a good choice for us as we regularly visit our daughter who is at university.
