The Royalton signature exist at the hotel ie. amenities , service, appearance, room service, night entertainment, food menu and signature restaurants. In comparison to other Royalton hotels previously visited there are some work to bring up to standard to Royalton Antigua . The steps /walking distance to the beach view were distant and exhausting to and from restaurants and other amenities. Will not recommend to aged persons or persons with children. A bit more attention to the cleaning of the room - the bathroom / wash sink /mirror and patio had residue from previous occupants. Heavy rains during one of the nights followed by flooding floor from the entrance door. There weren’t any presence of beach attendant, limited access to food/refreshers whilst at the beach, lack of attendance for beach chairs, towels clean up during the day. Would highly like to see the same practice at Royalton Antigua attention to beach goers. Need to have a life guard Would like the hired to adopt a courtesy suit for visitors who arrive before check in 3:00pm who can change into less travel wear and utilize the facilities following checking in- not use of the general washroom to dig through luggage. The beach was beautiful, the snorkeling experience was memorable. Would have appreciated a lifeguard in the event of anyone having difficulty or emergency.

Good staff, good property. Convenient walk to the beach and restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Not your average eggs and bacon, you get many options. The one thing I have a complaint about is the shower was not all that it’s like a rain shower head and the faucet had broke so I couldn’t manage the temperature. I did not complain to the staff about it bc it wasn’t a deal breaker I just dealt with it and the water was warm. If you use all the coffee pods in the room they will charge 3usd for extras, which I didn’t really understand because coffee should come with the room lol. Anyways, would I go back? Yes. Great views and calm staff.

If you have ever been to Cancun, and loved the service from the staff. Don't go to Grenada. The island itself is a sorry crumbling infrastructure I would expect in a much poorer country. Coyaba Beach resort gets 2 stars..one for the best beach I have ever walked on, and 2 for the best ocean swim I've ever had. The stuff they had nothing to do with ! This place is well passed its lifetime. The Garden was beautiful, but the food sucked..bad. NO INDOOR DINING ! 12 degrees from the equator...I get it...hot and humid...BUT give us a place to have a meal where we are not sweating profusely the whole time, we started to go to the ONE restaurant, make a plate, and take it to our room for some comfort. The food was awful, we actually had to order local delivery for a meal, when we paid for All Inclusive. We felt very unwelcome from the unsmiling staff, we got incorrect instructions about times and directions to places on the compound. They didn't even have a simple map of the property for us to get around. My wife has limited mobility, so this was an important A-to-B request. Shower and water pressure were equivalent to a low-end RV shower I once rented. Please...find another place..Grand Anse Beach is Amazing ! But this resort is not. Additionally, the Grenadian people hate us, every single interaction, from the co-op bank for ridiculous money-changing, to a simple shop at the IGA, was problematic and frustrating. Be quiet, acquiescent and smiling...doesn't matter to them.

My stay was absolutely lovely, just far too short! It truly feels like a secret hideaway, perfect for comfort, peace, and relaxation. The pool, breathtaking views, delicious food, and wonderful staff were all amazing. And the rooms? OMG so scenic and beautifully designed! I can always appreciate thoughtful architecture and attention to detail. Nina gave me a 10/10 massage, and Jen was an absolute doll so warm and welcoming. Overall, such a beautiful experience, and I’ll definitely make it a point to visit anytime I’m in Grenada. ❤️

Très bel hôtel dans la nature et collé à la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine est délicieuse et le personnel est très attentionné. J’y retournerais avec plaisir :)

Our stay was beautiful. The hosts Sandra and Lawrence were amazing and super sweet. My family enjoyed themselves.
