Great staff; from the front desk to the on site bartender. Great pool and hot tub. Comfy bed. Only negatives were that the couch in the room was terribly damaged and the shower drain was clogged.

The room was artfully appointed and we made good use of the record player! The lobby bar with live music and the art galleries added unique and fun spaces to relax and explore.

The property was beautiful, well maintained and the rooms were excellent. Comfortable beds and pillows. Due to plumbing issues the water park was out of service. That would be my only complaint.

Wildwood Lodge was a nice surprise. The lobby was airy, quirky, and welcoming, with coffee and tea available. The room was large, the pool pleasant, and breakfast unusually good. The room was large and clean, but it felt strangely damp. There wasn't a closet in our two queen room, just a small rack. It seemed that irons were available at the front desk, rather than in-room. Staff was very friendly. Some of the pillows were lumpy, but there were enough that my husband and I could find good ones. Apparently there was a loud party at the hotel the night we were there, but it was broken up (maybe by the staff) by the time we got in around 10:30, so the night was quiet.

This venue is a little jewel tucked into the downtown area of Milwaukee. Friendly staff, super clean modern casino and the hotel room was first rate. Rooms facing east give panoramic view of the downtown and lake. Free valet parking available to guests. Earlier check in was possible as rooms became available.The only downside was how tight the slots seemed to be in our playing experience.
