Loved this place. Would look forward to staying there again.

Very very clean hotel with super staff

What an amazing place to stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The amenities are amazing and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for parking your car and walking everywhere. It is literally steps to great restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Wonderful place to stay.

The bathroom in our room was not clean. There was dried urine and hair on the toilet as well as hair in the shower and the bathroom floor. We asked for one extra pillow and were told they don’t have any. The breakfast had a very small selection. We will never stay here again.

The front desk team was amazing. Hotel was under construction and elevator delays. My only concern was the room I was placed in! Was large and I appreciated that. But there were so many projects half done. Towel hook off wall, paint was consistent, curtain rods were irregular. Walls had patches. Also, housekeeping only cleaned the room one day out of four and it was missing a remote.

Great stay for the Cleveland clinic
