The location is the worse, very difficult to get there without a car, farway fro San Sebastian, limited services, small room with twins side beds and a small bathroom. Nothing like the photos on the website. I was expecting a large room with 2 full-size beds for 2 adults but there was only twin size bed right next to each other. Good for one person or possibly a couple but not for 2 adults that need separate beds. I waste a lot of time commuting from San Sebastian to this location.

The hotel is great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the decor is very fun and clever. The rooms are well configured, just small. We’re traveling for three weeks so were a bit overpacked but made it all work. It’s a quick walk to central town, which was great after dinner, and nice to be out of the hustle + bustle.

The entire experience in this hotel, from the moment we got there to the moment we left, was absolutely phenomenal: excellent location of the hotel, beautiful premises, very kind and welcoming staff, nice, clean, and spacious room with the ocean view, delicious drinks and food at the bar, ease of checking in and out, free parking - everything was top notch. We will definitely be back.

The property and rooms were absolutely beautiful. Only problem we had was carrying our luggage up a couple of long flights of stairs. (no elevator in this older building) I noticed that help was offered to several other people checking in, and was curious about that.

Next time if you could make the weather a little less hot then we would enjoy our veranda more…LOL
