Great hotel like always !! In the center, very clean, friendly staff, amazing bar, swimming pool!

The first night was not wifi. The 3rd night was not hot water, and the stuff was too busy running with their laptops to check-in other guests because they do not have a reception area with desktops computers, and this is the reason why when I asked for help I didn’t get nothing not even a verbal answer.

Convenient Hotel on the outskirts of Metz. Hotel was clean with helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy though pillows could be improved. Breakfast was a little lacking, but expected for continental.

Wonderful! We will come back!

A really nice hotel in a lovely city. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast excellent, dinner only just adequate. Bedroom not great but clean. Lights switches for bedside lights were hidden! Had to move out two single beds to switch lighting on/off which was far from ideal. Very friendly staff but might not be booking again.

Stains on the bathroom floor where it hadn’t been cleaned properly, patchy wifi, the tv didn’t connect to channels. When we arrived we had just missed the restaurant and we couldn’t order room service to get any food. After a 10hr drive we had to go back out and look for food we checked online before getting there and nowhere did it show times for restaurant/food maybe you should. In the room an empty water glass bottle which looked like it should have had water in it for us. This is our 2nd time staying we liked our first visit and came back, we were disappointed.
