We weren't expecting much given it only cost €64 for our room but the room was super and the hotel quite modern with an Indian restaurant onsite at the lower level.

Not a safe neighborhood. Staff stood and watched while I tried to open the front door, then pulled out my phone and called to be buzzed in. Extremely small bathroom, even by French standards.

No A/C but good fans. Try to get room higher up, as open Windows let in some street norse. Very friendly + helpful staff. Quiet, pleasant hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. rooms quite small and no air-conditioning, but this is to be expected in an old building. But there was no fan either. There was quite a bit of street noise
