It was very comfortable for our family of four. It is located near the lake and has easy access to to public transportation. Desiré was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Grazie! Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent, self service apartment with the most modern technology and excellent aesthetic design. Good coffee maker, hot water in shower, towel warmer. Exactly as advertised, great location in a quaint town. My only suggestion is to provide an iron and board.

Best getaway in the area. Amazing pools and spa facility. The views are impossible to beat. Amazing renovated rooms with large balconies. The service is impeccable. Entire staff super nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back. Can’t recommend enough.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were amazing with a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. Getting the bus was no problem stopped right outside the hotel, there was also a courtesy bus into Luganda where you can get a boat around the lake stopping at villages on route. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The room was okay, but the mattress was very hard. I had trouble sleeping on it, and every morning my back hurt after sleeping on it.

The cleaning lady argumentedly insisted we had to leave a day too soon - and didn’t apologize when she realized she was wrong- but other than that contretemps it was comfortable and quiet
