Very nice, extremely friendly and helpful, small, homestay-style place with only 4 rooms and a communal kitchen. It’s run by a woman named Irta who speaks very good English. It’s within walking distance to the main sights of central Yogyakarta, but it’s on a small side street which makes it reasonably quiet at night. (Central Yogyakarta is never completely quiet). Irta is extremely helpful. They serve breakfast if you want it. They have hot showers and cold ac. I can highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, simple, economic place near the center of town.

Lovely quiet location, very helpful and friendly staff and great value for money

If you’re looking for a home away hotel then this place is for you with a bonus swimming pool. You’re allowed to use the kitchen and do self service all day just like at home. The place is really nice, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Alun - alun Kidul which is surprisingly comes to life at night along with all of local night entertainment and street vendors. Also walking distance to the viral Pasar Ngasem, a market where you can get local Yogyakarta food and more.

Staff were amazing! Very difficult though to purchase a glass of wine despite advertised on menu. Disappointing/surprised that a 4 star hotel charged £4 for an accidental breakage of a coffee cup! Hotel was fine for a couple of nights stay.
