Excellent stay-- exactly what is needed: professional, helpful staff 24-hours at desk, very clean room, and bathroom, quiet, two generous-sized side tables to put all our stuff, uncluttered, located in the heart of Bordeaux. Very happy with our choice for three nights.

Area was great and easy to navigate. Rooms were clean. Only thing about the room that could be improved is having the use of Netflix or other streaming services. They are smart tvs just no access to the menus for the tv.

It is quite and good location for the conference stay.

Pool was exquisite on 110 degree days!!! Great staff. A bit out of tourist area but worth it for the walk. Great breakfast too

The hotel is close to trams so easy to get into town , the staff are very friendly and you can park securely in Q parking just over the road, nice place easy to find.

Great location Beautiful hotel

The staff were efficient, very friendly and very helpful. The room and ensuite were quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was okay but not high pressured. Unfortunately there was no kettle and no tea and coffee supplies in the room. Sadly missed. Also there were no information leaflets in the room eg. meal times, menus, facilities available etc.
