The room was very clean and smelled like it. It was tastefully done especially for a motel. The only issue I saw was the light/ fan in the bathroom didn't work (it appeared like it was being replaced but wasn't finished). However there was a light over the tub. I would have given this a 5 star but I was not impressed with the "breakfast". I also wasn't informed what was available and where it was. Another guest showed us what there was. I recommend staying there and the price was reasonable.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Gave us several printouts of events for July 4 weekend, local restaurants. Room was clean, had a Birds Eye view for the local fireworks show across the jetty. Enjoyed our stay.

Happy to have found this hidden gem. Rooms were nicely equipped. The location is amazing. Woke up to see the sunrise over the lake. Highly recommend!

Comfortable beds. Pretty quiet rooms, newer windows, rugs. Little misunderstanding about what is a room with a kitchen. The kitchen was just the small dorm room refrigerator and a microwave, a tiny sink. Not a kitchen just normal in room microwave dinners. Also no elevator but we were aware of this as its an older motel. Swimming pool was nice and hot tub worked and was clean and shocked several times per day. They even provide some smaller towels and it had seperate changing rooms. Overall our 5 day stay was Comfortable minus the kitchen we thought we had.

The staff was nice and it is in an interesting location (overlooks the Rogue River) However, it is dirty and worn. We were on a sleep and run but still!

There is a nice ocean view. There is no inside seating in the small room. There are a couple of chairs outside on a patio through a sliding glass door by a large above ground hot tub. The room was very small with a king bed that filled it and had a small television. There is a small connected private bathroom. The room had a bit of a musty smell from the carpet , and leaving the sliding glass door open was not an option because there was no screen. The room was downstairs. The entry area outside the room where the coffee stand is (shared with owner and possibly another guest) smelled a little moldy. The shared space is upstairs with owners and a sweet little dog. Did not feel comfortable going up there so don’t know what it is like. On arrival, you are warned not to cook or be in the kitchen much other than to possibly use the microwave. Did not end up going upstairs into owner space featured in photos or staying so this only represents a first impression.
