The room and property were very elegant and welcoming. Beautiful location and very nice amenities such as the steam shower and heated floor.

In room whirlpool was perfect!

A little more run down than I expected. I would not stay at Again.

The parking was complicated to find on GPS. The "breakfast" was no breakfast. no toast or bagels or anything comparable. 1 banana and dry cereal and mini cups for coffee. No hot tea. The property was dirty with vacuum cleaners sitting around and dirty carpet. the room was clean, but NO functioning tv - it was a smart tv with your OWN app, that didn't work. NO elevator for my Sr. Citizen mom. and they refused to give us a receipt at the end of our stay. They didn't reserve the 2 nights we requested AND actually didn't take responsibility for our reservation, blaming Expedia... tho they ended up producing a receipt to show our mis charges. I asked for an email after this was corrected, and they took NO responsibility for that either. the front desk was never on staff. you were required to ring a bell [which they never answered] and dial a cell phone. at which time they would appear from a guest room a couple doors away. do they live onsite? why aren't they staffed to check people in....??? this was a NO for a return.

Overall excellent!
