I liked the service of the person that helped us with the check out at the reception desk As well as the help with the bags and the order of the taxi. He was excellent. I did not like that I did not get replacement for coffee nor water pm

Excellent, except the ac system was turned off so it was hot in the room

Property is perfectly situated for easy walking access to everything you’d want to enjoy in Old Town and Malá Strana. Loved being easily able to pop back to the hotel for a quick break or refresh, but not taking time away from experiencing and seeing everything I’d like on my trip. There’s also easy access to public transport right outside as well. Room was well appointed and beautifully decorated. Breakfast buffet was much better than typical continental breakfasts in the states. Having AC was also a plus for someone accustomed to it. Enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend it as a quality 4* accommodation to enjoy your time in Prague. Just note there’s really no reason to arrange taxi pick up from the hotel, though they were timely and friendly, UBER is readily available to/from airport at about 1/2 or 1/3 the cost of the transport arranged. And if you don’t need the ease of taxi for timing/ luggage, public transport around Prague and to from the airport is easy. Get the PID Lítačka app and enjoy !!

We thought we had booked an excellent hotel till there was a glitch about servicing our room. The issue was remedied by the staff as best as they could. But the disappointment about their services cannot be undone. They were extremely apologetic and even offered us free breakfast plus a bottle of red wine n chocs t make up for the inconveniences. It was unfortunate that the cleaning staff let them down and we were the casualties. All being said this is a very centrally located hotel.

This is a good hotel in a very good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. No complaints.
