A lovely, medium-sized hotel in the heart of the city. Breakfast was excellent and the hours are very generous, with leftovers available as snacks throughout the day. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Nikita at the rooftop bar for being extra welcoming. If nit-picking, the room layout is a little odd with a lack of storage and some rooms are immediately next to the stairs which probably makes them noisy (101, 201 etc).

Boutique apartment with all the amenities and close to everything walking. We stayed on the 4th floor but suggest a floor lower which may stay a tad cooler at night.

To say to that Casa Dell’Arte is charming is an understatement. It is a unique, extraordinary experience that combines a stunning aesthetic, specious rooms, central location, and excellent staff. Clara made us an excellent breakfast each morning in what felt like a private dining room. The building is centuries old, so of course, there a few eccentricities, but overall it is very comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend!

Charming apartment, though on the fifth floor of the no-elevator complex. Entrance area and stairwells could use some TLC.

Fabulous location and wonderful stay.

Because this hotel was significantly cheaper than others in the same trendy neighborhood, we were worried about what we would find. However, everything about our experience—from the room to the service—was terrific. The flat is clean with an ultra modern vibe. Our room overlooked a lovely city square. The breakfast was all that you could want. We even got a free parking spot (there are 3 on a first come basis). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who want to explore central Lisbon.
