Clean room but they certainly know how to make good use of fish eye lense. Very small room. Balcony that gives onto a large boulevard, smells of exhaust, no air cond, opening balcony window means letting mosquitoes in. Otherwise it is well located, easy to walk into the old Rouen, nice staff. Three stars hotel…but not the room I got.

Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception. Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier). Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to enjoy the hotel's facilities (pool, spa, golf, grounds, etc), but would look at staying here again.

Nice hotel. 15 min walk away from old town. Grotty location. Room with terrace / view - not much to look at. Terrace beds covered in bird do-do and not clean. Bedroom nice with comfy bed. Coffee machine and small lights didn’t work. Bathroom dark and needs refitting. Shower in bath. Nice breakfast.
