Stains on the bathroom floor where it hadn’t been cleaned properly, patchy wifi, the tv didn’t connect to channels. When we arrived we had just missed the restaurant and we couldn’t order room service to get any food. After a 10hr drive we had to go back out and look for food we checked online before getting there and nowhere did it show times for restaurant/food maybe you should. In the room an empty water glass bottle which looked like it should have had water in it for us. This is our 2nd time staying we liked our first visit and came back, we were disappointed.

Great hotel like always !! In the center, very clean, friendly staff, amazing bar, swimming pool!
