The hotel is well located, at a walking distance to several museums, parks, restaurants and public transport. The room was very clean, and the receptionists very polite, friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. There's space for luggage. The two things that could be improve: 1. The small fridge was broken, didn't have a lower shelf and didn't close well. 2. There's not enough space in the bathroom to put towels, clothes and other things. Altogether, it's good value for the price.

Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

Impeccable service and stunning hotel. Staff was beyond helpful, calling a taxi for us, helping make dinner reservations. Convenient location. Beautiful breakfast. Complementary glass of Rose in the evening.

The room is really spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom is modern with an amazing shower. The tv offers paid channels for free and different channels from all over the world as well. The staff is helpful and very kind. Free parking is included. The best thing for me is the breakfast. Amazing food and a large variety of products. The staff that works at the bar is super friendly. If you have to stay in Turin, trust me, choose this Hotel! Oh, I almost forgot, it's dog friendly!
