Florence Vacation Packages

Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out.

Great experience staying at the Grady. Clean. Charm. Convenience.

One of the best hotels in Louisville! Amazing facility, bar, restaurant and more! I stay no where else!

My experience at this hotel was disappointing, and I will not be returning. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected to feel comfortable and welcomed, but that was not my experience. While watching television in my room, I received a knock at the door regarding a noise complaint, which made me feel uncomfortable. I also waited over an hour for valet to retrieve my car. Considering the amount I paid for valet service, that wait was unacceptable. The additional deposit added to my frustration with the overall cost and experience. The service did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here while attending a comedy show at the Yum Center. Great walking destinations to the Yum Center, 4th Street Live and additional restaurants, and reasonably priced.
