The efficient air conditioning was much appreciated, as temperatures were high

Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.

We were warmly greated by multilingual receptionist who went out of her way to provide a table in shade whilst final preparations were completed in the room. A cool drink was ordered after a long hard trip in high heat.

Room was clean and the dinner we had was reasonable.

Location and staff were good. Parking was not nearby .

It was clean, close to the station and only a short walk into the Medieval part of Metz.

Brilliant reception - super friendly and helpful, just what I needed after 600+ miles in the car! Room is quite basic, but comfortable enough for a night or two. Lots of easy free parking outside, and very close to the A4 motorway. Good value all things considered!
