Our 2 day stay was over all wonderful! The staff especially Paschal was welcoming , friendly answering our questions! I love the decor & cleanliness is top notch. Location is easy to get around- walkable to the heart of the town. The only thing is in the room- there was a not much space / drawer to put your belongings but still over all - I will easily go back & stay here when in Rouen.

We had a really good overnight stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and sorted a couple of small issues in the room quickly and apologised immediately. The breakfast was amazing! It’s a wonderful central area next to the cathedral. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff who were so lovely. Just use your sat nav carefully for the car park and take care as it’s very narrow inside but wonderful to be able to park so closely and securely right next to the hotel. The code to get into the street and then the car park was really efficient.
