Great location. Great staff

Great location. Nice room and bathroom. HVAC was very old-fashioned…a 2-pipe system, meaning that the AC was turned off for all of the rooms and heat was on. Room was too warm. Had to get a fan, which they gladly provided and temp in room became comfortable. Very prompt in taking care of situation.

The place is clean, the staff is amazing, the breakfast is OK. The only problem I have is the bathroom. The bathroom has a smell. I have to keep the light on.

We stayed for 5 days in late October. The weather was perfect blue skies and nice jacket weather. We dropped our luggage off at 10 am and Mili told us she would contact us if the room was ready before 4pm and it was! Mili explained all the amenities in the apartment and took her time so that we would understand how everything worked. We have stayed in apartments many times in Paris and this was by far the largest. It was HUGE! and a balcony, king size bed, fabulous bathroom and kitchen that we used with a dishwasher. The location was superb 👌. Only steps away from Printemp and Galleries Lafayette. And literally hundreds of cafes, bistro and shops. We could walk to the Louvre in 15 minutes. Also, would like to mention Karreen who was most helpful and a young gentleman, at the front desk who helped with a smile but I didn't catch his name. They offered us a complimentary late check out that we very much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so nice!
