I had a good stay with YOUROPO - no air conditioning and being on the ground floor, no natural light at all. Otherwise, the space was generous in size and was in an excellent location. Communication was also good!

Every aspect of this property was perfection. Staff were impeccable. Property was immaculate. Room was amazing. Highest of recommendations.

Excellent location Owner of the property going out of the way to make you happy and special All that you need in a studio apartment available If you are like us that do not like hotel buffet breakfast constraints and do mind cooking a little have tings in the fridge for a midnight snack a plate of fresh fruit on the counter chilled wine in the fridge - go for it Do not forget to rent a car -Northern Portugal is a gem just make an effort to do some driving and research Owner will help you with the parking as well Very very highly recommended We stayed in the apartments before We always live some essentials In this one you will find cereal salt pepper olive oil vinegar water Little grocery shop across the street You can choose your eggs and everything else So you are set !!! We stayed four nights in a river view room. The view was spectacular, and air con very efficient. We loved the location as it was near enough to enjoy everything Porto has to offer but it had a sense of calm. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed super comfy. Breakfast was good with fruit, cereals, cold meat/cheese and salad and eggs cooked to order. We really couldn’t fault the hotel and would definitely return.

Beautiful high end boutique hotel overlooking the river. We had a balcony overlooking the river which was gorgeous. Big rooms. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely and an experience. They opened only a month ago so some things were not functioning yet. But you have the sister hotel nearby that you can use their amenities too.

Room was in a great location and had AC, which was great during the hot weather. The bed was comfy (except for the middle of it where the edges of the two beds pushed together were hard and stuck up so we couldn't lay in the middle), the bathroom was okay, but water went everywhere every time we showered because it was a half door/wall. The curtains were ripped in a lot of places so light kept coming through in the early morning. Floors were so so squeaky too. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, no sugar or wine glasses. We had to ask for the wine glasses and they did bring them quickly, which was nice. There was construction right outside the apartment too and it was so loud and started really early in the morning, so that woke me up a couple times. Noise insulation isnt very good. We could hear people in the patio at the bottom of the building loudly at night too. I also was under the impression the patio was available for anyone in the building to use but we were never able to. It was always locked and we never got a key. I also hated that the cupboards in the kitchen had no handles and they closed almost flush so it was always difficult to open them. It was a decent place in a good location but needs a lot of maintenance in the room itself.
