Fairmont Hot Springs Vacation Packages

Average stay. Property is undergoing a remodel

What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible.

Staff were not friendly or accommodating and the rooms are very outdated

Perfect location! Walking distance to the shops if you want to do some shopping. We had a nice view of the mountain and you can see Bear st from it. We stayed in a 2 bed and 2 bath room. Very spacious and clean. There’s a stove, fridge and microwave if you want to do some cooking. The only downside is the parking. They dont have their own parking. You gotta park in the streets which you have to pay $12 canadian $$ per hour from 8am- 8pm and free from 8pm-8am or park for free by the train station from 9am-9pm but you gotta walk 9 mins from the hotel.

Things were missing in the unit .. There were no pot scrubbers to clean pots and pans .there was no toilet bowl cleaner to clean the toilets on a long stay .. House keeping was not there . at all . When after 2 days in my stay I asked for them to take the towles from the bathroom and the trash .. I let them know i would not be in the unit from 1 - 930 that evening and when i got back it had not been done .. These are the things that can be inproved upon . The unit was lovely The beds were comfortable ..

This hotel was amazing! The staff were kind, the check in and out was easy, we had an overhead carrier on the car and felt safe with it overnight, parking was only $10 a night, and the hot tub was wonderful! The resort had an overall white and peaceful vibe to it!

We stayed at the property for 5 days recently, and overall we had an excellent stay, although this property is bit old, but the hotel was kept clean, and the staff were super nice and helpful, the studio room we stayed in had a kitchen, which was nice since we did some cooking there, like a little breakfast, and there is laundry on site, definitely a plus for longer stays Hotel also offered free bear sprays for guests, a very nice touch, we will definitely consider going back again if we decided to visit the banff/canmore area in the future.

Gorgeous place. Clean rooms, beautiful views, the rooftop hot tubs and views are amazing. Good parking. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The downstairs cafe and restaurant are great. Loved it.
