We loved everything about this hotel is so beautiful!!! is very clean, rooms are very spacious with very beautiful high ceilings.

Clean room, beautifully kept grounds, great pool. Front desk staff was not very informative but that's ok. They stay was good and we will definitely come here again in the future.

Great hotel with great amenities. The rooftop area was great for breakfast and drinks. Would highly recommend!

Not a 5 star hotel. Looks shiny on the outside but is rundown. Faucets stuck in room, front door unstable, patio and hot tub and cover dirty. Spent $800 per night and hotel felt like a $250 per night place. Beautiful setting where pool Is but music blasting constantly. Rooms are dark with not enough lighting. No streaming channels on TV, only YouTube. Poor communication from staff. Again, definitely not a 5 star.

This place is ok, the food was ok, the room is ok, the weird elevator is useful .. the staff at the front desk are “you do you, help yourself , I have zero opinion “ - they didn’t seem sure about anything - about where to eat “go to the centro” they said - that’s it . The location kinda sucks , it’s 10 minute walk to the main “jardín” - no where to eat on the way there or back … it’s hard to walk back and forth all day .. easily I did 15k steps a day and a lot of it was walking back and forth from the hotel … I would not stay here again. The staff is nice , they just aren’t super helpful or knowledgeable enough .. the area is kinda away from the main square . It’s just ok. Cute courtyard , no real use for it, kitchen is fully closed after 1pm.

Truly the most special hotel in San Miguel de Allende. Our room, the staff, the meals, the history. I could not have chosen a more memorable place to stay in Mexico. I can’t wait to bring back family and other friends.
