Good for money 4 stars hotel, for 5 stars need to do some improvements

The hotel was fancy, clean, staff were great, and the food was phenomenal. However the hardest part to enjoy was due to the amount of people staying at the resort. The pools were large but still very full. It seems another pool is needed to accommodate all of the rooms. The activities were a bit limited as well. We stayed 3 nights and it felt really long. I also did not really like how the restaurants in the hotel were not part of the all inclusive.

It was too crowded, way too crowded. I would not want to come back to stay with over 2000 people at once.

Awesome experience. Relaxing and friendly staff. Clean water pools and slides. Ample amenities for kids and grown ups. Highly recommended.
