Generaly it was OK.But when we came we found difficult to enter the hotel.Access. to the hotel , our room 203 A.C didn't work. Breakfast was good. Communication with the staff at times difficult. We came from uk. Mainly speak English.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

We have multiple rooms for our privacy. We also have a nice view and it's a non-smoking area. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Everything we need, we have it. It's very comfy! Staff were very friendly, very professionals. All the tourist spots are walking distance. We get to enjoy walking. Weather is good too!

Hapimag really knows what travelers need, hotel plus apartment. The amenities and staffs are the best in Europe so far we have traveled. We will stay again in one of Hapimag and let our friends and families know about this hotel in Europe . Danke schoen!

Très bien situé , belle vue sur la ville par contre le bruit des bus et tramways étaient très fort.

Very nice stay. Room was cozy clean and renovated. Staff were helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in and out didnt work as explained. It was on us to call and figure out how to get in. Before Check.out time the card was locked so we couldn't get back inside.
