Good hotel in a lovely location. Pool area and staff all great. Excellent breakfast selection 👌

The Room and hotel looks excellent, super comfortable bed, stunning bathroom facilities & waterfall shower (helpful bathroom necessities in the draws). Mini bar and the cutest surprise cheesecake in our room upon arrival! (It was Delicious!) The Property was very clean and beautifully styled. Views of the marina were gorgeous and lovely staff. 24hr gym, and roof top pool was lovely with towels ready on the shaded loungers. There were a few things I felt was missing but nothing that takes away from this gorgeous hotel. Unfortunately upon arrival when checking in we didnt get confirmation that the buffet breakfast was included with our stay. This was the biggest shame as we ended up looking for somewhere to eat each morning for breakfast and we would have much preferred to have had the breakfast we had already paid for at the hotel. There was no price list for the mini bar or welcome pack with information about the spa/rooftop terrace hours. The cleaner did a gorgeous job but did only clean the room once on our 4 night trip which I felt maybe it would have been nice to have a fresh bed each day. Finally we did ask for a taxi to be booked but unfortunately this was forgotten when we arrived downstairs at the booked time and we were on a tight schedule for a wedding. Luckily another couple attending was able to take us. Overall a gorgeous stay just a few minor things and our stay would have been absolutely perfect!

Para ser un hotel de 4 ⭐️, la limpieza ha sido fatal, me he llevado hospedada 5 días 4 noches, y en la pared del baño había una araña enorme estrujada en la pared y sigue allí, la limpieza muy superficial, telas de arañas y moho debajo de las hamacas, falta de toallas en la habitación y un día no hicieron la limpieza hasta las 4 de la tarde saliendo de ella a las 11 de la mañana. Polillas en el dormitorio. De todo tengo fotografías.

Great location and lovely space

The apartment was exceptional and was a short taxi ride from the town. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The views of the port created a calm, relaxing environment. The pool was a very short walk away and was ideal to relax by after a few hours of sight seeing. The beach was a short walk away along the pier with restaurants and bars along the way. In the other direction towards El Puerto de Santa Maria, there is a promenade walk which runs most of the way past other beaches and some restaurants. Communication prior to arrival regarding where to pick up entry keys could be improved as it was not made clear that at certain times the keys will be next door in the sister hotel. However, we would highly recommend staying here.

Staff was great and helpful. Brunch was plentiful and worth the cost. Room was spacious. The beds were kind of cheap and not really comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful once upon a time, but is lacking continued updates to keep a 4 Star Status. Just felt tired, dated, lacking furniture and updates.
