This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness. The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful. If you do still decide to stay here and you want to order food for children, do not order the pizza. You will be disappointed. Other food options were okay. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. My family and I were very disappointed so I want to make sure future Expedia users know what they’re getting into. Expedia should require property hosts to post photos within the last year or two.

Very Disappointing Experience Definitely Not a Resort Our stay was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. The breakfast was horrible. The bottled drinks were already opened/unsealed and appeared to have been refilled. The food was cold and the overall quality was unacceptable. The property is advertised as a resort, but our experience was very different. It felt more like individual apartments owned by different people and rented out to guests, rather than a properly managed resort. We stayed in apartment 221, and the condition was honestly shocking. There was an incredible amount of dirt and grime, unlike anything I have encountered in a hotel or resort. The apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell of humidity and an old, musty odor that made the stay very uncomfortable. We also had no water on two separate occasions during our very short stay. To make matters worse, the blanket provided for sleeping was covered in dust.

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

The staff was horrible m, front desk I got the room after 4pm. Too much cat around the property and restaurant.

This is a beautiful extremely well maintained a run resort...a place one can't wait to come back to. People are delighful and everyone in the staff bends over backwards to kane sure that clients are satisfied and comfortable. Everything is top notch quality and one is surrounded by beuatifully kept grounds and impeccable cleanliness.

This hotel needs an update. Bathroom area needs a refresh, especially the shower stall. The TV in the bedroom was a 29" diagonal, too small for today's standards. The Buffett offerings were good, the food quality was average. Don't order fruit juices at lunch or dinner, you will receive concentrated beverages not natural fruit juices. The front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the rest of the hotel personnell did a great job making you fell wellcomed. The location of this hotel is great. I thought the general pool was too small for the amount of guests that were registered during our visit.

We had an amazing time. Would definitely come here again
