I was very disappointed with my two-night stay. The air conditioning was not working, and I reported it on the first night, but it was never fixed during my stay. The body wash bottle in the shower was also completely empty. I reported that as well, but it was never refilled. Most concerning, the lock on my room door was broken. I reported the issue, but the hotel did not repair it or offer to move me to another room. Because of this, I did not feel safe or secure during either night of my stay. I gave the hotel the opportunity to address these issues, but unfortunately, none of them were resolved. I expected much better service, especially when it came to something as important as room security and guest safety. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

my family really loves this place, we been here 4 times already. this last time the AC was not working and we did not let the workers know so it was also on our part to not let them know. other then that we had an amazing time. it is quiet and relaxing. we took our babies and they love it as well.

Room is in a great location if you like to party! I did not read the details of the room but my room did not include A/C. Although it was not super hot, it would of been nice to have. You are next to night clubs and the music goes on till maybe up to 4 AM. So you don't have trouble sleeping with noise in the background, then this Hotel is ok for you. If I closed the window, it would get to warm in the room, therefore i had to tolerate the music since I left window open to get the room cool. Parking was under ground with a daily charge. Checking in was good. Checking out was bad, as they took some time to make sure your room was in good conditions and they have a hard copy paperwork to deal with. Also, there were some people who cut me off in line, which added to my checkout time!!! Overall this hotel is a 3 star to my rating!!!
