Una de las chicas de recepción no tiene buena atención al cliente, la piscina siempre está sucias (no tienen el equipo necesario para darle una buena limpieza, es peligroso entrar a nadar asi) donde te bañas no tiene puerta completa lo que genera que se moje mucho el piso del baño, no todas las televisiones son smart tv; a veces no hay suficientes tohallas para el baño. Necesitan hacer los dueños una reinvention a varios detalles en los cuartos y comprar el equipo necesario para el mantenimiento de la piscina. Gracias!

An excellent, very clean hotel with very friendly staff. It was a great experience.

Family and I had a comfortable stay. The unit has all amenities you need and is right on the beach. Quiet and not crowded, just how we like it.

Rock-hard beds (mattress sitting on a built-in wood slab!) made for backaches in the morning. They were so uncomfortable that we actually left a day early! There were lipstick stains on a pillow case and another, unidentifiable stain on a sheet. The breakfast was horrible- tried one day and didn’t return. Staff were nice but with very limited English. Pool area was nice and beach access was just a short walk across the street. Very disappointing stay.
