An amazing facility. Old Holiday Inn that has been totally updated with a Bourbon Trail vibe.

We stayed in the suite on the fifth floor with the river view. It was nice but not extravagant. We slept well but the streets were quiet because of the weekend. Not romantic, more of a guys weekend kind of hotel.

Hotel was beautiful and centrally located . Staff was helpful and friendly

On vacation and looking forward to a great getaway weekend with my wife so we went the extra mile and chose the Brown hotel for the experience. Very underwhelming and disappointing in multiple ways—The outlet for coffee maker was broken so had to create a makeshift space for it which was absurd with a short cord, a constant dripping sound from where the a/c unit was inside the wall that made my sleep restless, no vent in the bathroom(seriously how are you a luxury hotel with no vent in the bathroom!) freezer totally frozen over which was a health issue since she has product that needs kept in freezer(had to make do so the product wouldn’t go bad. We gave the staff every chance to make it right. I reached out to management twice and never received a return call to address my concerns, this is totally unacceptable for a luxury hotel. Would have had a better stay at any other hotel I have stayed with in past and for a better rate. So unacceptable for a “luxury” hotel. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of accountability by the management to follow up with concerns regarding the reason they have a job, which is to ensure the customers stay and experience is as it should be for a “luxury” hotel.

Great location. Clean. Modern. Comfortable.

Super convenient everything was close and inside the building they even had laundry, cable, TV, housekeeping, kitchen amenities, a living room sofa, and a nice big bed and our pet friendly.
