We arrived for our 6 night trip excited to spend time together as a family of 6 to our 2 bedroom unit. On arrival we felt the unit was a little small and felt dirty. The kitchen however was beautiful for a small unit and meet all our needs. Inside our unit we came across a few housekeeping and maintenace issues that the hotel resolved for us in a professional and timely manner. The hotel management took our comments seriously and took care of our needs. Things they could not fix but should be addressed is the furniture in the unit was very beat up. The dresser drawers in the queen room were broken and would not close smoothly. The coffee table had nicks and scuff marks all on it and looked like something from a thrift store. The view from the unit was beautiful and entertaining as we could see the lifts operate and skiers coming down from the mountain. The property shares amenities with one ski hill which is a short gondola ride away which meet our needs and expectations better then crystal peak's amenities did. We didn't mind saving money and staying at crystal peak and being able to use those amenities still. Overall crystal peak is a great property and a better location on peak 7 for for experienced skiers. I prefer peak 7 for the smaller base crowds, more advanced skiing (blue runs only) over any other peak in breckenridge. I do believe the hotel needs to step up their housekeeping and maintenance and the property will be more pleasing to "picky" people like me.

Beaver Run Resort had extremely friendly staff and although I was there in off season and there was not much to do around town, they were still very willing to give me a list of open retailers and restaurants. The room was clean, the view was great, and it was in walking distance to everything I wanted to do in Breckenridge.

Have stayed here several times now - a great facility with really friendly & efficient staff. Easy walk to town (though free shuttle also available!) Condos are well equipped and nice condition with ski lockers & fitness centre available too. Only downside is electric heating combined with mountain air makes it very dry - even with humidifier on. Not a problem for most of our party but I found it stuffy. Small criticism & would not hesitate to stay their again soon!

Hotel is very close to the ski area. The staff are friendly, helpful and very good at their jobs. The view room we had was just lovely. I could watch the wetlands for hours, hoping to spot a moose! I enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was delicious. Yes, the hotel is a little older and things are nicked and scuffed. We had an excellent stay.

I originally reserved a studio and was upgraded to a one bedroom, I was there the First week in May and things are very quiet in Keystone. The locals are very friendly and Dos Locos Cantina is a nice local hangout.
I would stay here again.

"Close to everything in mountain village and great "
From start to finish the hotel was amazing. The staff were great, so helpful and went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. The daily cookies and hot chocolate were yummy. Every evening someone came and brought bath salts, temple balm and chocolates to our room. The private hot tub did not disappoint- the views were spectacular. The fireplace, small kitchenette with plates, silverware and glasses, jet tub and sauna in the shower was just icing on the cake to all the other amenities. We definitely want to come back and won't stay anywhere else when we come to telluride. Thanks Matt and all your staff for making our stay wonderful.
