We arrived for our 6 night trip excited to spend time together as a family of 6 to our 2 bedroom unit. On arrival we felt the unit was a little small and felt dirty. The kitchen however was beautiful for a small unit and meet all our needs. Inside our unit we came across a few housekeeping and maintenace issues that the hotel resolved for us in a professional and timely manner. The hotel management took our comments seriously and took care of our needs. Things they could not fix but should be addressed is the furniture in the unit was very beat up. The dresser drawers in the queen room were broken and would not close smoothly. The coffee table had nicks and scuff marks all on it and looked like something from a thrift store. The view from the unit was beautiful and entertaining as we could see the lifts operate and skiers coming down from the mountain. The property shares amenities with one ski hill which is a short gondola ride away which meet our needs and expectations better then crystal peak's amenities did. We didn't mind saving money and staying at crystal peak and being able to use those amenities still. Overall crystal peak is a great property and a better location on peak 7 for for experienced skiers. I prefer peak 7 for the smaller base crowds, more advanced skiing (blue runs only) over any other peak in breckenridge. I do believe the hotel needs to step up their housekeeping and maintenance and the property will be more pleasing to "picky" people like me.

Hotel and rooms are dated. Ice machine never worked on our floor.
Should have live music for Apres ski .
Outdoor spa area needs attention.
This hotel is excellent for families.
Hotel shuttle was very convenient.

Beds were comfortable, which is important for sore muscles after the slopes. Great location. Older hotel, difficult to maintain room temperature with ancient heating/cooling system, but otherwise well maintained. Great staff.

The location is great, which is why we chose this hotel for our second visit, but it has lost some appeal in the past decade. It is still a comfortable and clean place to stay, but very, very expensive for just a standard hotel room. Our friends had a 3-bedroom suite and had some plumbing issues. The staff was very responsive, and they were given a discount to compensate, but the hotel is showing some age. We were disappointed in the lack of entertainment/apres ski options - on our first visit the hotel was buzzing with a certain vibe that was decidedly missing this time. We were told that there had been a recent turnover in management, and we visited at the end of the ski season, so maybe it was just a matter of timing, but the Lodge was disappointing for the price.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Lionshead. I literally walked out of my hotel door and into Starbucks, turned right to drop my little boy at ski school and within a few more steps, I was on my way to the top of the mountain.
