"Perfect location "
The hotel is perfectly located. We stayed for 8 days and didn't need a car. Everything is in a walking distance: lifts, gondola, ski rentals, main street with dining and shopping, a supermarket, an ice-skating rink, hiking/snowshoeing trails, a small but very good museum... I would recommend this hotel because of the location. I didn't like the breakfast very much because there were only sweet options, and I prefer a hearty breakfast .But is was included, that is better than nothing. The kids liked it. They had pancakes and cinnamon buns. The housekeeping was not great, every single day they did something wrong. I am really not picky, but they forgot 2 times their dirty cloth in our room (on my bed- yuck!). 2 times they didn'the refill the coffee pads, 2 times the room wasn't done yet when we came back from skiing ( at 2 pm ! ) and once they spilled water on the carpet and didn't rub it dry, so I stepped in it and got wet socks. We were 4 people in a double room, that was a little cramped with all the skiing equipment. The room would have been perfect for 2. You have to enter the rooms directly from the outside, which is not great when it's freezing cold outside. It was also noisy when guests came home late in the night.

"Nice Lodge"
Nice check in with pleasant young man. I noticed there was no water in the front lobby like most resorts have. No food available because it was off season (not even apples which most hotels offer as well). If we wanted anything to eat we would have had to drive into town. We had just driven 8 hours and it was snowing, so that wasn't something we wanted to do. Our room was very small with an option to be connected to the room next door if it was family. Since we didn't have family the door remained locked, but we could hear all the conversations, music and TV thru the door cracks. Coffee maker is stored under the sink in the bathroom. If you want to use it, you have to remove everything from the VERY SMALL counter space that is there. There is NO counter space in the room, only 4 drawers. View was nice from the windows, shower was nice. I requested a queen size bed, and got a double bed. My husband is 6'2" and his feet were hanging over the edge. Bed and mattress needed upgrading. Might be great for skiers who just want to ski and crash and not have any amenities or comfort. Even the main lodge had no where to sit and be comfy, as it was dark and had workmen in there cleaning. The young man checking us out was same person checking us in. He was pleasant.

"Ski In/Ski Out Telluride"
Just such a perfect location in the heart of Telluride Mountain Village. Everything you want to access easily is at the doorstep. Our second time there and it was just as perfect as the first visit. Telluride ski resort is super for couples or families, a little effort in getting there is all the worthwhile when you want a stress-free, queue free ski holiday. Lumiere is the perfect start to that ski holiday.

Telluride is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Telluride, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Telluride hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
