My stay was great Hotels.com and Enrique made everything else horrible. Hotels .com was the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had in the service industry.

Hot tub was good. Staff was friendly. Inside is very out dated. Finding an outlet to plug my charger into was almost impossible as they had them all covered. Bed was comfy, pillows not good

The bed and pillows could use updating. They weren't in good shape, at all. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal, bread, bagels and a glaze donut. As for beverages: coffee, tea bags, water and milk. No juice, hot chocolate, etc. Otherwise, the place was very clean.

Pool was OK. Beds were OK. Rooms are definitely in need of some maintenance and upgrades. "Breakfast" was rather pathetic; one doughnut for all to share, room temp milk, and cereal. Nothing fresh or appetizing. Vending machine malfunctioned, and staff could not be found to help with retrieving my purchase. Check in and out was fine. Would not stay here again or even recommend it to others.
