Great location - near the lake and Church street . Great customer service . I found the hot tub in the pool area, extremely dirty. No music . Made this area not a fun place to hang out. Other than that, everything else was great. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast that came with our room booking.

Loved the hotel. Clean, modern, and excellent location. Didn't love the room however. I was next to the elevator shaft and had to wear earplugs to sleep because the noise of the elevator was very distracting.

Nice hotel

We enjoyed the hotel but it was quite expensive, I guess because there are so many amenities (that we didn’t use because we we’re only there for one night) but the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the lake. The hotel was walkable to many bars, shops, and restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel and overall found it to be a nice place. We had booked a room that included breakfast, but unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. There was only one type of toast, and the pastries were stale and practically inedible. On the second day, we chose to skip breakfast entirely, even though we had already paid for it. The stay was comfortable, but the breakfast needs serious improvement.

The property has a great location very close to the harbor. There are free bikes you can use and an amazing bike path that takes you around the lake. I enjoyed ataying there but ai just felt the paint/ wallpaper was a bit dark.

was charged for my “self-parking,” even though I had no car. I was also charged an an amenities fee that I was never told about it, nor did I use anything from the hotel: pool, room water, nor any of the other amenities. the ONLY good thing about the hotel was the bar staff. I arrived really late and they were nice enough to serve me a drink as the bar was closing. Very nice bartender.
