We stayed from Friday thru Sunday. Had an early check-in on Friday, so that was nice. Our room (#245) was clean and roomy. Fireplace included, but no wood allowed. So make sure you bring a few DuraFlame logs with you, or you can pick some up at the local Vons in Big Bear. Bed was comfortable with a nice warm comforter. Only complaint was parking. No "Parking Lots", just park in front of your unit, like on the street in front of your house. We were lucky that we got to park in front all weekend. If there WAS other parking, we weren't told about it. Had one strange thing happen: Our neighbors in #246 decided to bang on our adjoining wall at 6:00 a.m.,like to tell us to be quiet or something, for no apparent reason.....we were both fast asleep. Weird, but not the Hotels fault. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Next time, we'd like to stay in one the cabins they offer....

So happy to find this hotel right off the freeway. The person checking us in ,her name is Hope was absolutely so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. When I asked if any restaurant in the area delivered, she immediately pulled out a brochure from a pizza place. As we didn't want to have to get in the car again, we ordered pizza and pepsi and were extremely happy to just stay in our hotel room for the rest of the night. Cudoes to Hope!!
