I booked this as it's very close to Kobenhavn H Station, literally under 5 minutes easy walk. Very welcome after a long day travelling. We had a nice quiet room on the top floor: the bed was extremely comfortable, the room cosy and spacious and there was a Nespresso machine in addition to the usual tea and coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful.
Excellent breakfast in the ground floor restaurant. I really couldn't fault our stay and facilities were really good for the listed grade of hotel. We would both stay here again on our next visit to Copenhagen.

Nice (business) hotel miles from civilisation. Ample free parking and friendly staff. UNPLUG YOUR PHONE - we were woken on 2 consecutive mornings at 05:30 with a wake-up call (also got a taxi call at 06:30) intended for another room. Staff unable to rectify the problem as no management or technical staff available!

"Good value convenient hotel in the heart of Aarhus"
For our family of 5 we needed two rooms. The rooms are rather small and reminded us of the cross-channel ferry overnight cabins; perhaps there is a clue in the hotel chain name... Great for 1 or 2 nights, but would probably need more space/comfort for a longer stay.
The cold buffet breakfast was better than we expected and even our two fussiest pre-teens were happy.
The staff were efficient and helpful e.g. advice on car parking, getting bunk bed guards, a hair dryer etc.
Outside it was noisy until about 04:30 as Danes were partying in the bars and nightclubs below, so we had the choice of keeping the windows open and getting fresh air and noise or closed and getting a bit hot. I guess we could have joined them too :-)
Limited car parking, so plan ahead. e.g. Navitas is relatively cheap and Dokk1 offers an automated albeit expensive "scifi" experience. The kids are still talking about the latter.

This is a solid hotel, in a good location in Aarhus, Denmark's surprising, lovely second city. Perfectly placed for the Art Gallery with its fab rainbow panorama. Whilst you wait for the lift you can see a list of famous people who have stayed there; a full and varied list! The room was clean and bright. Staff helpful. Breakfast is very expensive so we preferred to go to lovely cafes and eat with the locals.

We stayed in one of their economy rooms, but did not feel like we were missing anything other than space, since the room was small. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom fixtures all worked well. The staff was amazing in their friendliness, and they were happy to meet all our requests. The housekeeping staff is a little lacking, but simple requests at the front desk made up for it. Even with paying for on-site parking each night, the daily fee was around $135. We enjoyed our stay very much.
