Lovely hotel with great staff. Bit of a trek to the local Metro and train stations. Poor weather meant a choice of getting soaking wet or paying for a taxi. Located next to the train tracks but not a train station. Lovely hotel but 1km plus to get to anywhere.

Unfortunately we have a toilet that broke close to my sons bedtime. Luckily Tivoli Hotel had the chance to move us, even to a better room. Unfortunately it was very very close to the train station.

We loved the Tivoli Park decor theme running through the hotel. The beds were so comfy. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choice was plentiful. The rooftop bars were amazing! Sushi restaurant food, cocktails and staff were fabulous. Room service was so easy. Cleaning staff were very helpful.

Great hotel

Green light.....

Room was smaller than expected but understandable as it's a conference hotel where you're not expected to spend too much time in the actual room. Key issue was a large LED green light set up shining all day and night into the room from the base of the outside of the window. This made the overall stay experience quite disconcerting and not enjoyable especially at night. The lights cannot be individually turned off so it was just ON ...ALL THE TIME.
