We checked in at 1am after a long flight and found no towels or pillows in our room and blood stains on the comforter from a prior guest. It was disgusting and we won’t be staying here again. Very slow customer service at the front desk and no telephone to call housekeeping for help. Had to wait in line again for 30 minutes to get towels and pillows

Properly it’s great to be close to airport. The common areas were always very busy and they didn’t have enough staff keeping up with the cleaning properly. It’s an airport hotel and does the job but they could keep up with the cleaning a bit better.

Wow, fastest check in ever. Clean room and a short walk from baggage claim all under cover. Great breakfast included. A 12 minute Metro ride to downtown Copenhagen. Very nice Metro and easy to buy tickets from machine.

There was a huge line of people waiting to check in and there was only one person working. Another person arrived after about 30 min. We arrived in the evening and left in the early morning so were not aware of the property. The hotel was clean.

Excellent stay at Comfort Hotel inside CPH airport. Easy walking distance from the flight arrival gate to the hotel door. Great room, very good breakfast, awesome convenience with the M2 tram to Copenhagen city center at walking distance from the hotel.

Was double charged, I noticed the mistake and went down immediately to get a refund. The refund was quick but the currency exchange wasn’t a full amount. It was a few cent short but it was more of the inconvenience and had I not checked my account I would’ve not realized it. Very bad on their part.
